Most orders placed before 2:30 PM Eastern Time (Monday thru Friday except holidays) will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:30 PM will be shipped the next business day.

Shipping costs are as follows: $6.95 for non bulk items per order.  $10 for 1 case of a bulk item.  $6 per case for multiple cases of bulk items. Some examples of bulk items are incontinence products and entral nutritional supplements.

Orders will only be shipped to a valid continental USA street delivery address within the lower 48 states.  All orders are shipped via FedEx ground with the exceptions of any item starting with an FP ships via USPS Priority Mail,  all Compaire Products are shipped UPS and some orders on the West Coast shipped from our California warehouse are shipped using On Trac.

We have warehouses in California, Georgia,  Indiana,  Massachusetts,  New Jersey,  South Carolina and Texas allowing most orders to be delivered within 1 to 3 business days.

Any orders shipping to other states or territories such as Alaska,  Hawaii and Puerto Rico will  be charged the actual shipping  cost after the order ships, regardless of invoiced amount. Lower 48 states ground shipping rates do not apply to these orders.  If you place an order to be shipped to a PO Box or anywhere outside of the lower 48 US states such as Alaska or Hawaii, you are authorizing us to charge your credit card the actual shipping cost we incur.  If you refuse the shipment you will still be charged the shipping costs we incurred. If you return a product because you ordered the wrong item you will be charged the actual shipping cost we incurred to ship the product to you.
